SMS Program

Operational and safety texts.
No marketing. Reply STOP to opt out.

Public terms for FleetPath text messages. Recipients are staff and designated contacts a carrier enters into its own account. There is no public SMS sign-up.

Effective August 12, 2026

1. Program

FleetPath Technologies, Inc. ("FleetPath") sends operational and safety text messages to phone numbers a carrier organization enters into its own FleetPath account. Recipients are the carrier's own staff and the emergency-contact and dispatcher numbers the carrier designates. There is no public or website SMS sign-up.

We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing or using FleetPath. The same unchecked consent box is shown when a carrier adds a phone number during FleetPath onboarding.

2. Message types and frequency

Messages include emergency SOS alerts when a driver requests emergency help, and operational notifications to the carrier's own staff (for example load-status and exception alerts) as those features are enabled.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

3. Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any FleetPath text to opt out of non-emergency operational messages. After STOP you will receive one confirmation and no further operational messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

Reply HELP for assistance, or email admin@fleetpath.app.

Emergency SOS alerts may still be sent when a driver requests emergency help, even after an operational opt-out. Those alerts are safety messages, not marketing.

4. Consent

Check the box below to agree to operational and safety texts. The box is unchecked by default. You can use FleetPath without checking it. A phone number is optional.

Not required. Leave blank if you are only reviewing the program terms.

5. Mobile information

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
